About
Bennie Davis has spent four decades where it matters most — in the spaces where decisions shape lives. As a Judge Pro Tempore in South Tucson and for the Hualapai Indian Nation, he adjudicated with fairness and principle. As a Behavioral Interventionist and educator, he reached young people others had given up on.
At Raytheon Missile Systems, he held the standard as a lead quality inspector on classified programs. In the community, he served as Vice President of Fresh Start International and was invited to keynote at Gilson College in Melbourne, Australia.
Through it all, a single thread: integrity in service, excellence without fanfare, and a commitment to lifting others.

Decades of experience working with at-risk youth, developing behavior plans, and training educators in evidence-based classroom management and modification techniques.
Hands-on adjudication across civil, criminal, and tribal jurisdictions — from traffic court to evidentiary hearings, protection orders, and case management.
Lead quality inspection on classified programs at Raytheon Missile Systems, including failure investigations, materials analysis, and production standards compliance.
Board-level leadership, international keynote speaking, and community development. Master's in Management with High Distinction; doctorate in Organizational Leadership in progress.
